Air Non-Leak* allows to disconnect a fixture from an air source and to prepare the fixture outside the machine.
Also, the number of circuits inside the machine can be minimized. The non-leak function could only be achieved
with hydraulics, but it is now possible with air, saving energy with no hydraulic use.
* "Air Non-Leak" means that it has pressure maintaining ability for more than 24 hours (under constant temperature).
The coupler can be disconnected under pressure and its air non-leak function allows for holding the pressure on the fixture side. The air pressure in actuators on the fixture can be maintained even after the coupler is disconnected from the air source.
