No copper (Cu) or zinc (Zn) based materials are used.

※ Stainless steel and aluminum materials may contain copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) as additive elements.

Using Low Dew Point Grease

Using a grease with a dew point temperature of minus 60℃.

Excluded Items

Excluded Item (1) SWR Robotic Hand Changer　
The above product has been improved to eliminate the use of copper-based materials, but the product
before the improvement and the external options (electrodes and air joints) still contain copper-based
materials. Please contact us if you would like to use the SWR robotic hand changer in your secondary
battery manufacturing process.
Excluded Item (2) BZW Speed Control Valve
BZW Speed Control Valve, which can be mounted directly on the clamp, contains copper-based material.
For speed control of clamps without copper-based material, please provide a separate speed control valve.
