Manual Operation by Using an Air Valve
Manual control of tool change may be more suitable to your application than complicated automatic control in some cases when: changing a hand of a take-out robot for an injection molding machine, hand change is required but not so often, simplifying setup of assembly jigs and inspection jigs. Robotic Hand Changer enables high-accuracy setup even with a manual control by operating air valve or a manual box combining an electric switch and a solenoid valve.
Positioning with high accuracy takes labor and time. So let the tool changer do that job and remain the production line semi-automated to reduce the cost and make application simple.
※ When setting an optional electrode to SWR, shut off power supply to the electrode during connection and disconnection.
