GB-Y CLAMP

CT UNIT/YMB OPERATION CONTROL PANEL

The CT unit only used for the die cast / magnesium mold clamping system.
It is a compact hydraulic unit with pimps, valves and pressure switches.
As a standard, the unit has a protective cover to prevent damage due to lubrication.
The YMB operation control panel is designed for installation at the nearest point to the mold, and comes equipped with a dust-proof cover.
The clamp control is interlocked with the machine for fast and safe change of molds to ensure non-stop operation.

*1: Optional parts are identified with a symbol at the end of the model number.
*2: For the NPT specification, the hydraulic port is the NPT thread. The identification on the document/name platen is in/lb (PSI).
*3: Using flame resistant or non-flammable hydraulic oil other than water or glycol - please contact us.

•INTERLOCK INPUT AND OUTPUT

Note)
1.	Signals shall be sent and received at the dry contact.
2.	Use output contact for micro signal for the molding machine. (DC 24 V 10 mA)
3.	Rating of output contact of the operation control panel is DC 24 V 0.5 A.
4.	Be careful that each name may differ depending on the molding machine manufacturer.
